Veronica Taylor on Charlie's Angels

IMTA alum and Barbizon of Orange County grad, Veronica Taylor, plays Devon Ross in the new ABC channel series Charlie's Angels. Veronica stars in the episode titled "Runway Angels," where the angels go undercover in the modeling world of Miami to find more information on a model's disappearance. After competing at IMTA, Veronica signed with L.A. Models and began modeling for MEK Denim, Marie Claire, Essential Lisboa magazine and dozens of international campaigns and editorials. Veronica ventured onto the television screen alongside her modeling career and has been featured on Gossip Girl, Entourage, and Mad Men.

Jerry Ferrara Update!

IMTA alum Jerry Ferrara is still playing the lovable Turtle on the hit HBO show Entourage. After eight fantastic seasons and multiple awards the show will sadly be coming to an end on September 11, 2011. Jerry is currently busy working on a movie called Think Like a Man.

Jerry recently signed a deal with Sirius Radio. He will be hosting a new sports show about fantasy football. He competed at IMTA in 2000 where he met a talent manager who encouraged him to move to Los Angeles. Jerry was cast in guest-spots on King of Queens, NYPD Blue and many other television shows and films before he landed the breakthrough role of Turtle on Entourage.

Adrianne Palicki and Jerry Ferrara in the Running for Emmy

IMTA alums Jerry Ferrara and Adrianne Palicki made the lists for consideration for a 60^th Primetime Emmy Award! Jerry's show Entourage is up for a nomination for outstanding comedy series category. Adrianne's hit show Friday Night Lights is up for a nomination for outstanding drama series. The next step in getting a nomination was the Blue Ribbon Panel screening which just took place this past weekend! The nominees will be announced by the Television Academy at 5:40 a.m. on Thursday, July 17.

Her television roles include guest spots on The Bold and the Beautiful, General Hospital, Beverly Hills, 90210, and The Young and the Restless. Eva has been named one of AOL's "Sexist Primetime TV stars", one of People's "50 Most Beautiful", the "#1 Hottest Woman in the World" by Maxim, voted by Variety as one of the "Ten New Faces to Watch", one of Rolling Stone's "People of the Year," USA Today's "TV's Hot 11" and TV Guide's "New Faces of Fall." She has an exclusive worldwide contract as the face of L'Oreal, is the spokeswoman for both Bebe apparel and Padres Contra El Cancer,which helps Latinos with cancer, and she just shot a PSA for cancer awareness. Adrianne Palicki's series Friday Night Lights received two nominations for Emmys. Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2003. She was signed by an agent and went on to work in both film and television. Her first feature-film was starring as Judy Robinson in film Lost in Space, and she had a supporting role in the Rob Reiner film Rumor Has It. Her television credits include guest appearances on Smallville, CSI, North Shore and Supernatural. Adrianne is well known for her portrayal of the sassy "Brianna" on the television drama South Beach.

The very popular kid's show Disney's Hannah Montana which stars IMTA alum Moises Arias, as Rico, also got a nod from Emmy. Moises competed at IMTA in 2005 and started working immediately. He has appeared in the feature film Nacho Libre. He guest-starred on television on Everybody Hates Chris, Everybody loves Raymond, and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. He just finished filming The Perfect Game about a poor Mexican Baseball team who works together to win the Little League World Championship.

Sofia Vassilieva was discovered at IMTA in New York, where she won the title of Child Actress and first runner-up Child Model Of The Year 2000. She went on to star in many films such as Eloise at the Plaza, The Brady Bunch in the White House, and Day Zero. She has received much attention for her role as Ariel Dubois, one of the lead characters on the hit NBC television show crime-mystery drama Medium which is nominated for an Emmy Award.
