Adventurous Dining

A man travels to Spain and goes to Pamplona during the great "running of the Bulls" festival.

After his first day there, he goes out late for dinner at a restuarant in the center of the town. He orders the house special and he is brought a plate ,with potatoes, corn, and two large meaty objects.

"What's this?" he asks.

"Cojones, senor," the waiter replies.

"What are cojones?" the man asks.

"Cojones," the waiter explains, "are the testicles of the bull who lost at the arena this afternoon."

At first the man is disgusted, but being the adventurous type, he decides to try this local delicacy. To his amazement, it is quite delicious. In fact, it is so good that he decides to come back again the next night and order it again. This time, the waiter brings out the plate, but the meaty objects are much smaller.

"What's this?" he asks the waiter.

"Cojones, senor," the waiter replies.

"No, no," the man objects. "I had cojones yesterday and they were much bigger than these."

"Senor," the waiter explains, "the bull does not lose every time."

Money, money, money

There was a man who worked all of his life and saved all of his money. He was a real miser when it came to his money. He loved money more than just about anything, and just before he died, he said to his wife, "Now listen, when I die, I want you to take all my money and place it in the casket with me. I wanna take my money to the afterlife."

So he got his wife to promise him with all her heart that when he died, she would put all the money in the casket with him.

Well, one day he died. He was stretched out in the casket, the wife was sitting there in black next to her closest friend. When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got ready to close the casket, the wife said "Wait just a minute!"

She had a shoe box with her, she came over with the box and placed it in the casket. Then the undertakers locked the casket down and rolled it away. Her friend said, "I hope you weren't crazy enough to put all that money in the casket."

"Yes," the wife said, "I promised. I'm a good Christian, I can't lie. I promised him that I was going to put that money in that casket with him."

"You mean to tell me you put every cent of his money in the casket with him?"

"I sure did. I got it all together, put it into my account and I wrote him a check."

IMTA's Josh Duhamel in Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

IMTA alum Josh Duhamel's stars in the new movie Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon. Josh reprises his role as the handsome and capable Captian William Lennox in this exciting new film. This highly anticpated third installment of Transformers finds Josh fighting a very heroic war to save mankind. This film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 1, 2011.

Josh attended IMTA in 1997, has also been working on an untitled comedy feature comprised of short comedy segments with a huge cast of Hollywood stars, including Kristen Bell, Liev Schrieber, Richard Gere, Chloe Moretz, Justin Long, Hugh Jackson, Uma Thurman and Kate Bosworth, and fellow IMTA alum Seann William Scott! Other projects on tap for Duhamel include a comedy for Disney entitled What’s He Got?, and Sympathy for the Devil, a thriller co-starring Samuel L. Jackson.

Josh competed at the same IMTA Convention as Ashton Kutcher in 1997. After winning Male Model of the Year, Josh went on to star on the popular television series Las Vegas and in feature films such as When In Rome, Ramona and Beezus, Life as We Know It, and the Transformers series!

An American Goes To Oz

Randy, a Texan farmer goes to Australia for a vacation. There he meets  Glen, an Aussie farmer and gets talking. The Aussie shows off his big wheat field and the Texan says, 'Oh yeah. We have wheat fields that are at least twice as large.'

Then they walk around the ranch a little, and the Glen shows off his herd of cattle. The Randy immediately says, 'We have longhorns that are at least twice as large as your cows.'

The conversation has, meanwhile, almost died when the Texan sees a herd of kangaroos hopping through the field and so he asks, 'And what are those?'

Glen, the Aussie replies with an incredulous look, 'Don't you have any grasshoppers in Texas.'

Emma Ostilly Models the Latest Fashions!

Emma Ostilly competed at IMTA in 2009 where she won 1st runner up Model of the Year 2009 and signed with Wilhelmina! Since IMTA, Emma has been featured in numerous fashion ads and magazines. Lyndsy Fonseca Photoshoot with Tyler Shields!

IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca gracefully danced during her recent photo shoot Tyler Shields shot in the desert and wind turbines. Shields described the shoot saying, “Lyndsy Fonseca and I went out into 70 mile an hour wind for this shoot. We both left beaten up she was bruised and bleeding but man did we have fun!”

When Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003, she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year! Lyndsy has starred in the feature films Hot Tub Time Machine, Fort McCoy, The Ward and Kick Ass. She is starring in the hit TV show Nikita and currently working on the action sequel Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.

An introvert went to bar and spots a pretty looking woman sitting on the stool. He mustered all his courage for long time, then timidly approached and asked her, "Ma’ am, would be OK if sit here and talk with you?"

She was alert, suspecting this man, and responds by yelling, "No, I won't sleep with you tonight!"

Customers in the bar started staring at them. The embarrassed guy quickly returns to his table dejected and ashamed.

The young woman waits a little and then goes to the guy to apologize. With a smile on her face she says, "I am sorry if I embarrassed you. You see, I am a college student in psychiatry and I am putting together a thesis as to how people react to embarrassing moments."

The cunning guy now yells loudly, "What do you mean by $500?"

Worse Punishment?

An Air Force cargo plane was preparing for departure from Thule Air Base in Greenland. They were waiting for the truck to arrive to pump out the aircraft's sewage holding tank.

The Aircraft Commander was in a hurry, the truck was late in arriving, and the Airman performing the job was extremely slow in getting the tank pumped out.

When the commander berated the Airman for his slowness and promised punishment, the Airman responded, 'Sir, I have no stripes, it is 20 below zero, I have a bang on my head, I'm stationed in Greenland, a dog ran off with my coat, and I am pumping sewage out of airplanes.  Just what are you going to do to punish me?'

This a true story!

A mother was taking a shower when her 2 year old son came into the bathroom and wrapped himself in toilet paper. Although he made a mess, he looked adorable, so she ran for my camera and took a few shots.

They came out so well that she had copies made and included one with each of their Christmas cards. 

Days later, a relative called about the picture, laughing hysterically, and suggesting that she take a closer look. Puzzled, the mother stared at the photo and was shocked to discover that in addition to her son, she had captured her reflection in the mirror wearing nothing but a camera!

Elijah Wood Stars in New Beastie Boys Video!

Beastie Boys' released a new short film for "Fight For Your Right - Revisited" in anticipation of their upcoming album titled Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2. The first single "Make Some Noise" from the new Beastie Boys album is an extension of the short film.

Elijah Wood stars in the project as one of the Beastie Boys alongside Seth Rogen and Danny McBride to complete the trio. The music video and short film was directed by original Beastie Boy Adam "MCA" Yauch. Many hollywood celebrities are featured in the video, such as Rainn Wilson, Steve Buscemi, Will Arnett, Kirsten Dunst, Susan Sarandon, Stanley Tucci, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, John C. Reilly and Jason Schwartzman.

Elijah Wood attended IMTA in 1989! Since competing at IMTA, Elijah has been cast in numerous feature films such as Forever Young, The Good Son, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Everything is Illuminated and the Lord of the Ring movie series. Army - Appropriate Clothing Must Always Be Worn

Brigadier Preston-Jago of the Royal Army Maintenance Corps was undergoing a court-martial for an incident where he was found to be chasing a young lady through the hallways of the Grafton Hotel, Catterick, Yorkshire, England, in which they were both residing.

Neither of them was wearing any clothing whatsoever. The main charge was that of "being out of uniform."

The Brigadier's lawyer, a clever cove, argued that the officer was not "out of uniform", as the regulations read, 'An Army officer must be at all times be appropriately attired for the activity in which he is engaged.'

Brigadier Preston-Jago was acquitted.

A TAD FORGETFUL?

At 85 years of age, Morris married Lou Anne, a lovely 25-year-old. Because her new husband was so old, Lou Anne decided that on their wedding night, she and Morris should have separate bedrooms. She is concerned that her new husband may overexert himself if they spend the entire night together. 

After the wedding festivities, Lou Anne prepared herself for bed, and waited for the expected "knock" on the door. Sure enough, the knock comes, the door opens, and there is her 85-year-old groom, ready for action. They unite as one. All goes well, whereupon Morris takes leave of Lou Anne, and she prepares to go to sleep. 

After a few minutes, Lou Anne hears another knock on her bedroom door. It's Morris! And he's again ready for more action. Somewhat surprised, Lou Anne consents to further coupling. When the newlyweds are done, Morris kisses Lou Anne, bids her a fond good night, and leaves. 

Lou Anne is set to go to sleep again. However, after a few short minutes, there is another knock at her door, and there he is again. Morris, as fresh as a 25-year-old and ready for a bit more action. And again they enjoy one another. 

As Morris is once again set to leave, the young bride says to him, "I am thoroughly impressed that at your age, honey, I've been with guys less than a third your age who were only good once! You're a great lover, Morris." 

Morris, somewhat embarrassed, turns to Lou Anne and says, "You mean I was here already?”

IMTA's Carissa Lamb Signs with Wilhelmina!

New York 2010 alum Carissa Lamb from IMD signed with the iconic modeling agency Wilhelmina after competing at IMTA. Carissa will be returning to the IMTA New York Convention this year to help give out Awards. In an interview with Madison Plus, Carissa said:

Q: "Why plus size modeling? What are you learning about the plus industry?

A: Because every shape, size and color is beautiful! I like that plus size promotes healthy and happy. I enjoy that I can be who I’M meant to be, healthy, and happy, without starving myself, and enjoying life to the fullest! I’m learning that everyone is very nice, it doesn’t seem like such a competition with all the girls. We are truly happy for someone else if they get a job. This is just the beginning, being the youngest to sign at Wilhelmina Curve in three years…I am so looking forward to working more.

Q: What does Madison Plus mean for you?

A: It really inspired me to have a big dream in modeling and seeing all the helpful pages and interviews with some great models. Madison Plus is amazing….I wish I lived in New York…maybe in the future!
