Lyndsy Fonseca is on How I Met Your Mother tonight on CBS in an episode called "Monday Night Football"!! The show is about friends who are reminiscing about how they met their spouses and Lyndsy plays the daughter of two of the lead characters in this televsision comedy. Lyndsy just finished filming the drama The Austin Golden Hour.Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won Honorable Mention for Young Miss Talent of the Year and 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year. At the convention, she signed with an agent and manager and moved to Los Angeles for her first pilot season at age 13. The following year, at 14, Lyndsy booked a three year contract for the role of Colleen on The Young and the Restless.
In an interview with IMTA , Lyndsy said, "IMTA was a lot of fun. It's how I imagine college might be - where you room with a bunch of other girls and then go off to classes together. Only one year after IMTA, I was offered a contract with Y&R!" When the contract ended Lyndsy worked on various projects such as: Heroes, Close to Home, The Beautiful Ordinary, How I Met Your Mother, Phil of the Future, Big Love, Intellectual Property, Waterfront, Cyber Seduction, I Do, They Don't, Malcolm in the Middle and Boston Public. Lyndsy also shot several national commercials.
She recently starred in the film Remember the Daze which received critical acclaim and was an official selection of the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival.
